Is it possible or is there a workarond to install Windows 2003 on a P2-266 with 64ram says requirement is 128 and won't let me install
Any ideas B1?

Honestly... And I know you think I'm an idiot trying to get a cheap point but there's only one sane thing to do. And so do you, I guess.

Then if you still absolutely enjoy pain and nothin' done the answer is no, I haven't seen a workaround. There was something for WinXP I vaguely remember.

When you go buy new RAM aim for at least 256 (bare minimum in my opinion).

I'd upgrade it but the system can only hold up to 128mb dimm pc 66 or 33

Even if it is possible (which I highly doubt)... why would you want to install Windows 2003 on a system with only 64 megs of RAM?... You would be punishing yourself... I just can't see it being a possibility...

just last night i tried. and yes it will work. but during installation youll be ask install more.

running at 64mb is not really recommended man...very slow he always used the swap file.

but it will run.

I wouldn't even recommend installing it on a P2-266. It will probably take forever to run applications on it, let alone, booting up the system...

At least we now know it is able to be installed on 64 megs of RAM... Now I am really interested in hearing about your results Dijital.
