Mods if I posted this in the wrong place please move, I was'nt quite sure where to put it.
Here is a simple way to speed-up your startup and keep your systray clean, If you use SPybot S&D. You can use it to check and uncheck the start-up ( I know that thier is a reg hack to disable the MSmsr auto loading and auto reinstalling)
This is a lot simpler than Msconfig. If you hoover over a feature it will also explain if it is a neccessary feature (critical app). For system start up speed & extra resources, I have my anti virus SW, Firewall, and Trojan scanner. I disabled my InCD (it loads when I need it)
