If you still have the IFO files they can be edited with an IFOEditor and then the movie can be burnt back to a dvdr disk to watch the film. You can seperate them into respective audio and video streams and use DVD Authoring software to burn it back to dvd, or you can then multiplex the streams, split the resulting file into sections and burn them as vcd's.
