eMule.. at least some of its varients have an IP suppressor. Meaning.. its sort of like PeerGuadian for eMule.
NOTE: I have not found any methods... But I'm certain there are ways to stop certain files from being shared from your computer, the only reason NOT to release such finding is that it could be used to really hurt the p2p ed2k, fast-track environments.
