turned up many more possibilites.

run a scan on line came up all clear but when left pc turn on for a while pc-cillin found a file scanning other files

said it was a file infected with trojan- justin .a the file was isnsys.dll
but the internet scan was clear

i can load programs only by right clicking on it and run as then the file opens normal then
it has quranted the file but it has not changed anthing on start up all still on in note pad

make sure you disable system restore first.

Run antivirus from safe mode or from a clean boot.
