Hi.
Thanks for the info. If I have a dynamically assigned ip address and want to host a website, is there any software I can use so that I can setup a website and that the domain points to me... if you know what I mean?
Thanks
P
There are many sites that do just that.
The best one I have stumbled accross washttp://www.dyndns.org/
They offer an entirely free service, lots of domains to choose from. The confusing part is that there are many possible update clients to choose from. I reccommend directupdate. Simply register a free account with them, type the details into directupdate, and whenever your IP changes, the subdomain you register will point to you.
Thats what I use to redirecthttp://zone-mr.ath.cx to my PC.
