WHY?
-> We should be able to have a quite little photo gallery of those who wish to particate. Of course, this gallery is would be LOCKED out for those who did not submit there photo.
-> Cause of this... we need to create a structure so that we can vouch for people. Thus, if we have a photo already in the house, someone can submit, and we can verify, thus we KNOW its really them. After all its all family, however virtual, and we should honor that.
