Copying/Pasting
A lot of utils are available. One is made by another hero of mines: Mike Lin. He has done a few small utils to be found at http://www.mlin.net and I use Clipmate every day when it comes to copy/cut and paste. Of course Traysaver is loaded also... Free of use.
I haven't tried this one by Mike Lin - but I use and recommend his StartupCpl all the time.
