Norton Anti-Virus Error Message

Hey,

I have never got this before, all of a sudden, this error message came up and said "Cannot Read Subscription Data. Please re-install Norton Anti-Virus.". Now, shall I re-install it, and how? Like, to overwrite it or uninstall it, then do it OR is there something to fix that or something.
