you have these options in Regcleaner, look in the meny at the top, there are options to remove non-existing programs. Choose Software, look for the "non-existing" program you want to remove, tick it and choose "remove selected" in the right bottom corner, thatīs it
You can also right-click on the program you want to remove and choose "Advanced info" and you will se what will be deleted from the registry.
Restart your computer and you will find that these program in the "Add/remove-programlist" is gone.
