Subtitles gone

Hi guys
I used DVD2SVCD to rip my James Bond dvd, I wanted to make a backup, just in case. Now it seems that the subtiles gone, I told the program to rip the subtitles and it did, but I cant see them, so here's the question, what did I do wrong and is there a proggy that might merge the svcd and the subs ?
