This isn't news :P The guy was selling modchips and got caught -- talk about a moron. If he didn't do the modchips, they couldn't do anything to his site -- it's just an information site, a big database. All they could do is demand IP addresses of everyone that posted .nfo's. (That's what IP cycling is for)
