Lmao! Funny on one hand, on the other I think the guy made a moron out of himself. If he doesnt like the job he should leave quietly and try to still maintain a good relation with the people he worked with.
The first part of the letter was nothing but pointless and inconstructive insults. And having blackmail in writing "I still know all your passwords" is not wise, and could be incriminating.
Favourites lists can be typed up in 10 seconds in notepad. As the guy mentioned he had them, his manager can delete the originals from his own PC, and a little TXT file anyone can make hardly counts as evidence.
IANAL but the letter could probably be used to cause more harm to the former employee than to the manager. Without solid evidence to back up your claims it is illegal to publish slanderous information about someone. Had the author of the letter restricted the blackmail to a private conversation, he would have left no evidence pointing to him if he leaked the photos etc, while still harming his managers reputation.
