Help!! Bad Sector - BetaONE will rise again!

I am in big trouble. I have a drive that boots Netware for our network and it will no longer boot. The drive has a bad sector and I am having problems even copying it. Does anyone have any suggestions or programs that are good at copying or extracting files from a disk that has a bad sector. Any help is appreciated.
