You are right on the money!

I ended up trying to reinstall IE via it's inf file - but that didn't work... So I had nothing to lose and wiped out all my cookies and temporary internet files... All of sudden the SOB worked

Thanks so much for everyone's efforts in trying to help me out with this little problem. I've said this once, and I'll say it again - It is people like everyone in this community that makes this board the best!
