SlickVic78 is an unknown quantity at this point
I did try the one in the start menu, and that one does work. So there must be a setting for IE that is all screwed up... Where can I find this setting though? I went through the registry and could not find anything regarding a link to Windows Update within IE. I even tried searching for the URL that is currently assigned - no luck
