Save your Bookmarks in the Internet!

Did you ever wanted to use the same bookmarks at work and at home? Did you ever came across some Web page address, which you wanted to visit again, but you weren't on your own computer?
For these and a lot more situations, it is ideal to save bookmarks in the internet and not on a single computer. Webretary is your tool to make that possible.

What is Webretary?
Webretary is a Web based Bookmark System. That means, it can save the addresses of web pages which you access often like Bookmarks, but on the WWW. Instead of entering the URL address every time, you can view the page with just one mouse click. The advantage of web saved bookmarks over browser saved bookmarks is, that you can access your bookmarks from almost any computer, which has a browser installed. It also doesn't matter which browser is installed, because Webretary works with the Netscape Navigator as well as with the Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Who can use Webretary?
Webretary is very useful for every person, which wants to access the WWW from different computers, e.g.
Students, because many Universities don't allow to store personalized bookmarks
Business people who travel often, because they can access their bookmarks worldwide with almost any browser
Work groups. They can set up a Webretary account for the whole group, which anyone can access. So everyone has a very good overview over all the URL addresses of the Project
People who use different browser types / Operation Systems: Because Webretary provides the Bookmarks on the Netscape Navigator as well as on the Microsoft Internet Explorer it is possible to have the same bookmarks in both worlds

What are the main features of Webretary?
Webretary is absolutely free
The Webretary interface (the Navigation Window) is very small, so you can display it and use the WWW at the same time
You can email your bookmarks very easily to other people
You can import your Netscape bookmarks into your Webretary account
You can add Bookmarks to your account very easily by using the Drag'n'Drop Address Catcher
Webretary "speaks" English and German
In the development, we avoided big files, which consume bandwidth. That makes Webretary very fast. Once Webretary is loaded, it doesn't need to access any more data, even if you open and close folders.
Webretary is very easy to use
