Auto dial tool??

Hi!
Im using an ADSL that is using a dialup to connect to my ISP through a VPN...
anyway, I am searching for a tool that will check every few minutes if im connected to the internet, and if not, it will autodial to my ISP..
Does anyone know this kinda tool?

Uhm, no but

You could edit your VPN connection to automaticly reconnect if the connection gets broken. Also a lot of tweaks are available for various ADSL modems so the VPN connection isn't needed anymore.

What I did was tweak my modem so it spoofs the public IP address to the network adapter, and it connects all by itself. It goes online as soon as the modem is turned on.

To know if such tweak is available for your modem I should know what modem you've got, and what ISP your connecting to.

Right! I heared about it, anyway, I got an "Alcatel Telecom" model: 3EC18605Bcaa03...
I connec to an ISP that uses: HOST: " 10.0.0.138 RELAY_PPP1 "
problem is, how does the modem know my username and password?
