I can tell you one thing to fix... That IP is the IP for [i:6e8aa3a716]your[/i:6e8aa3a716] LAN (or internal network). If you want others outside your LAN to connect to you then you need to find out your external IP. You can find that out easy (Like over here...http://megawx.aws.com/support/faq/software/ip.asp). Then set up on your router the forwarding ports (In this case 21) to the computer with the server. Once you get that you will be at least one step closer
