Well to start off, the 192 addy is for your LAN, not your static or external IP. I assume you are set up on a router, so what you will need to do is find your static IP (go here to find that _http://megawx.aws.com/support/faq/software/ip.asp) and then forward the ports (21 in your case) to the server computer (192.168.0.3). Give that a try and we can try this again
