My ftp client (WS_FTP) can't get into your location. The log shows the following:

While this software is new to me, i've used it a few times to download files from other sites. Meaning I probably have the settings wrong for your location. Settings: I have "Host Type" set to "automatic", and "passive transfers" is checked.
Is there anything else I should be doing? Any suggestions?
