refresh rate of monitor

hi

i can't set my refresh rate for warcraft 3. my monitor goes beserk, and i can't do anything. it runs on some resolution, and i can't change the refresh rate for that resolution, and thus, making the game visual messed up. what do i do?

i'm running a GeForce 4 440mx 64mb RAM.

Just a thought, have you tried GeForce Tweak Utility? it can be found here:

or have you installed this Warcraft III Patch? Blizzard has released the 1.01 update for Warcraft III, which comes in at a small 1.7mb. The patch includes 'various data and code updates necessary for play on Battle.net as well as some minor balance changes'.

Yes this is a know bug in windows xp.
