Hi there Guys & Girls.

Need some help please.

This morning I booted up one of the Win 98 computers at work and strangely enough it asked for a boot disk. Ok, put in a win98 startup disk and then proceeded to boot to A. Tried to go to C, but no go. Started up Fdisk and tried to get info on the partition of C, but it said that C was not partitioned.

So overnight the Partition, FAT and MBR just, .....disappeared.

Can anyone help me out? Is it possible to get this drive going again without losing the info on the drive? (Brand New) What could have caused this? Powerdip?

I would realy appreciate your help.

Cheerz
Dave

Could the partition have been hidden somehow? Might try booting up with DriveImage or (I think) PartitionMagic and look for a hidden partition. If that is the case, you can un-hide it.
