What the best program to save PRIVACY online?

i'm really looking for the best way or program to save my PRIVACY surf online..
ZAP 3.1 is not enough ..i tried Proxy way but i'm not sure its safe..and with proxy some web-based email wont let me log to it..

please any budy have idea what to do?
