Cactus is an unknown quantity at this point
Hi,

I'm (still) using build 3689 and I can't get the certification process to work.

The enrollment web service won't install, it says IIS isn't installed. Weird . . .
If someone got it installed, would you please save the configuration of the virtual directory to an xml file and please send it to me. That would really be appreciated.

Another option is if someone could tell me how to create a webserver certificate without the http enrollment service.

Thanks, or so I hope!

Thanks all, for the overwelming input . . .

j/k

Anyways, RC2 solved it, and I got this thing working like a clock. IIS isn't as bad as some say it is. Although I'm sticking to Serv-U for the FTP services for now.

But seriously, Apache is better, no, far better then IIS. But for a dummy like me, it's a lot easier to handle.
