Yes, many might have noticed that most ppl use hxxp://site.com so ppl cant click the url.
I dont see the point in it. If sites like microsoft or e.g stardock sees that people are being redirected from here, i dont think they bother.
Back in the old days [about a year ago], then old betanet had some minor warez, and needed hxxp. but today, no such is present, and i ask why we still need it.

The Rule
For me it's just force of habit. Been doing this so long and most places don't like direct links. It's easier to do the same way every where I visit then trying to keep it straight so I use _http://

when i get home (at school now, no ftp or ssh to anywhere outside of the local lan, f***ing network) i'll completely disable live links so you can still use http:// and it be non clickable, best of both worlds :P

I don't mind a h**p... or _http... or whatever. You can always copy the part after the double slashes and paste it, right?
A good habit which is no problem in my (humble) opinion.
Is that you Nichotin, known all over Scandinavia? Good to see you back here!

Just plain lazy, are ya? :P :P
Just kidding and you are right, there is nothing illegal going on, but I too by force of habit tend to prefix my links as well....

I will always :P use that method (hxxp://site.com).
You likes or not. Enabled or disabled the hot links. I will still using
Dont take it personally but I use that method before I log on B1.
