I am currently running beta 1 and I like it. It has better support for xml and I like the new theme for it
Outlook has changed the most because it now shows emails in a page view and it divides your inbox into days. It also uses a vertical layout instead of horizontal.
The Sharepoint thing is also useful if you haven't got a website with ibf on or want to make it more secure becase it allows you to run your own private newsgroups for discussion and share office files and pictures
There are a lot of other new features as well
I'm sure I will upgrade
