Looks like almost exactly like Startup Control Panel by Mike Lin *http://www.mlin.net/. Interesting.

And i couldnt get it to work on XP SP 1

it was hell annoying to do it with msconfig. cos it kept giving a message "windows is running under custom start up" or some shit.

hopefully this will not annoy me like that !!!
