I suppose if you're internet connections&ports are firewalled, than there's no security or virus risks, eh?
Actually, TCM, I think there are quite a few risks involved even with firewalls in place. I am sure I heard of "hostile" web pages that can do nasty things with java, there are email trojans and worms and don't forget that firewalls and routers (hardware and software based) have chinks in their armor as well - If a human made it a human can break it
All we can do really is just raise the bar a little higher and make it harder to compromise a system
