Is the floppy write protected? It may sound silly, but usually when you flash your bios, the program backs up your existing bios onto the same floppy first before it loads the updated one. If you are getting a bad command/filename error, that would sound like either the program does not exist, or you typed it in wrong. Be sure to be on the floppy drive when you run the program (a:\ for example), and not use quotes. Hope this helps a little.
