Changing Logon Screen In Domain Environment

Need help...would like to change the Logon Screen for my users to be less Microsoft and more "corporate". Looking at various sites like themexp.org etc all the logon screens look great but they seem to be for a workgroup environment not a domain environment (I may be wrong). I have looked at and tried to change logonui.exe using PSP & Reshacker with no success. I have successfully changed the boot screen...Don't want to have to install any products like LogMod/Logon Loader etc. as I wish to RIS the initial machine with as little clutter as possible.

Any help would be appreciated.

the latest version of TGTSoft's StyleXP adds compatibity to Windows XP SP1, and also supports changing the Logon Screen.
When i changed the logon screen under a limited account in Windows XP and switched user to see it, the screen went blank, and a curser was blinking the top left corner and the welcome screen didn't appear. I had to press the Reset button never happened such a thing under an admin account.
