Samsung begins mass production of 2nd-generation 10nm LPDDR4 DRAM

Samsung has started mass producing its 2nd-generation 10nm LPDDR4X DRAM module based on the 1y-nm process which will help reduce energy consumption by 10% while maintaining the same data rate. Read more...
