I am trying to print something to my dads xerox printer from my computer. I run XP, and he runs Windows98SE. I see his printer in my network places, and it looks as though Its installed ok. But when I goto print a test page, It says "cannot complete operation....cannot create file when that file already exsists." Can anyone explain this error message and how I can fix this?

Thanks,
TCM

of course it does. for him, its a local USB printer, for me it'd be a network printer. and i swear i've gotten it to work before, thats why i cannot understand this problem.

Oi, no swearing in here....

BTW: What type of Xerox printer is it? I have a Xerox DocuPrint M766 inkjet which won't work under XP either...
