Outlook express and file attachment.

hey guys.Outlook express does not let me open file attachments.I cant even click on them.Its greyed out.it says it has bloked acess to a unsafe file attachment.Wot can i do?

ppl with Outlook XP who has this problem haven't got an option like that. so they will have do download a this:
