Easy... Pull the mains out, and then pull the BIOS battery out.

Leave it for about 20 Minutes or so.

Put the BIOS battery back and put the mains back in.

Presto!!! Default Settings.

There are jumpers on some boards that reset the BIOS back to default to.

My way works on all of them, hehe.
