If you are to choose between taisol & coolermaster then go for taisol But if you are looking for a really good cooling then go for thermalright coolers. They are the best. I have athlon 1.4 Ghz & I am using the thermalright with delta fan & my cpu under normal loads is alway between 28-33 degrees. Which is very good.

Also you can download a very good cooling utility for Amd (So far the only one that works) called VCool which works better then any software cooling utilities around.
