Currently I'm using a Taisol CGK760092 cooler with my 1.4 GHz Athlon. You'll be impressed with this one.

It's pretty cheap, but obviously not as good as the really expensive ones. It's quiet and it keeps my CPU temp. at around 42ºC to 45ºC.
