XP Windows Update Has SP1 Update-Use That or?

I just ran Windows Update with my WIndows XP Pro(MDSN). The SP1 XP Update is there as well as IE SP1 update. Should I run that update or the one I downloaded yesterday-xpsp1_en_x86? Windows Update says size is 30MB. Which varies according to the info. Help appreciated, thanks.
