Earlier I wrote (
http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...mpromised.html) about the TD Ameritrade data breach, which compromised user names, postal addresses, email addresses, but fortunately, not IDs, SSNs or passwords. The discovery of the breach was a result of an investigation into an increase of spam to TD Ameritrade users. As such, I figured the spam wave was over, and that I had been saved by Gmail's spam filters. But I may have been too optimistic.
Security firm Sophos has seen the first stages of what could be a massive wave of phishing spam.
