I have a PayPal account, but don't use it often. If your serious about making a business site and need it hosted, don't waste your time use a FREE site ads or not. If your business takes off, the trouble you might receive with downtime or rule changes with FREE hosts makes it not worth the risk.

www.1and1.com for sometime and have been happy. I'm not sure if they are the best around or not, but I'm happy with the service and cost so I'm not going anywhere.
