Oh, Oh, power problems can raise h*ll with hardware...I once had the power in my house flick off for approx 1 sec, then back on. Took out my PS, MB, processor, and TV Tuner card. Luckily, my drives were allright...Try booting with a Win98 floppy choosing CD-ROM support and see if it's picked up in DOS...If not, it don't look good, If it does, boot in safe mode, and uninstall the IDE Controller in Windoze, reboot, and let it redetect it...Hopefully, it'll find everything...
