I did a clean install of firefox (obviously from the admin account) didn't modify any settings in it, then logged out of admin and logged in as the limited (and default) account, I tried to open Firefox but it wouldn't load. I have experienced this problem before and restarting has always alleviated my problem, but this time, Firefox won't load AT ALL from a limited account. I have a Firefox entry in the task manager after attempting to open, and I am asked to end the process when I try to shut down.

That's the SAME EXACT problem I am experiencing at the moment. Although I didn't point this out before. I didn't know it was not my problem.
