Try a DOS boot disk with -
pqdi.exe
pqdi.ovl
pqdi.pqg
pqdi.rtc
mouse.com
mouse.ini
- on it. All fits on one floppy.
This lets you choose compression level also, like in old PQDI.
(I use DR-DOS 7.0; nice & small - h**p://www.hellasystems.de/ftp/Utilities/BootDisk/DrDos70/drdflash.exe).
