Hola,
I managed to get the restrictions off. I installed WinXP Manager and it gave me access to the registry. From there I searched for the policies and found the setting I wanted back. I have access to everything I had before. Now I'm happy that I managed to get it done.
I will do a restart later to see what happens to the settings.
