Chessmaster 10th patch

Hi,

When trying to install the 1.0.2 patch for Chessmaster 10th Edition, it tell me that "anim8.dll" is an unknown version.

Could anyone who has this game and got the patch to work verify the file size of anim8.dll?

It's in the program files\ubisoft\chessmaster 10th directory if I'm not mistaken.
