When I installed my visual studio, it created the same account, I dont think someone hacked in and created it or anything. But I think it would be really nice if asp.net or whatever created it would let the end user know, so it doesn't spark a red flag or what have you.

All i know is that after I installed VS, i noticed the same user and passworded as administrator. read the above artical and it will tell you how to make it a limited account and not mess up anything with the webserver stuff and all that other stuff
