I have an Olympus Digital D-460 Zoom camera. It comes with software that totally blows, and in XP you can only D/L pictures using that software. When I had Win ME, in scanners and cameras control panel applet, I added the WIA driver "Olympus digital camera". Then I was able to use scanner and camera wizard, and in Windows explorer the camera showed up like a drive and I was able to browse/download pictures thru explorer. There are no XP WIA drivers available, so I want to write one, but don?t know the 1st thing about writing device drivers. I have the XP DDK, can anyone email and help me out?
Thanks in advance,
Squishy
