Apparently MS was jumping the gun on SP3 and accidently released it or published it earlier than expected on the corporate Windowsupdate for Windows2000 website. Some of the folks on Neowin noticed this and grabbed it(or tried to grab it while they could). Apparently it has been pulled until tomorrow when its final is supposedly due out tomorrow, the 25th of July.
