I don't know anything about this and I'm wondering if anyone here can help.
I have a closed circuit tv system with 4 cameras.
My problem is that the cameras are "wide angle" and in one or two of the locations I need a camera that is not wide angle or "zoomed in" a little.
The manufacture of this system only offers the one kind of camera and wasn't any help in telling me what I need to look for in a compatable camera.
The camaras (black and white) use a wire like a telephone line with an RJ45 jack on it. I think it's called an "all-in-one" cable, unlike the systems that use coax and a seperate power line.
Here are the specs of the camera:
CAMERA
Lens: fl 4.3 mm Horizontal F.O.V.: 65°
Pick-up device: low smear, high antiblooming, 1/3-inch CCD device
Signal system: NTSC
Video output: 1Vp-p into 75 ohms
Power source: 15 Vdc - 18 Vdc
Power consumption: <2.5 W
Weight: 6 oz
Dimensions: 2.7 x 2.9 x 2.1 inches
Is there anyone here that knows about these things?
Thanks,
Dave
