PCTech is an unknown quantity at this point

I was just wondering I dont want to pay to play this game, I use the free service, but you dont get enough credits! besides I think its cool and I'd like to make or find something like this game. Anyone know where I can find info on how to get something like this started or know of something already out there that is free? Well TIA
